This is Nitin, I am working in an IT company and I have created this blog few days back as I was not aware of it before creating this. Seems so funny but its true, so guys through this blog I just wanted to create the awareness among the HR professional and other people who are linked directly or indirectly to it. You can say it’s a journey of thousand miles starts from a single step yet. By this blog I will try to share my views with you and hope that you people will like it and appreciate my work. I will not say that I am an expert and having years of experience in it. But still try to enhance my knowledge through it and what ever I had learn during studies and my work experiences will try to share with you.
